The Station Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the station’s operation to ensure quality, schedule and budget are achieved by coordinating with all departments supporting the station. The Station Manager will be responsible for managing a successful customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages all resources to maintain a safe and productive station.
Manages the department’s financial performance.
Resolves employee and customer questions and issue that cannot be resolved by supervisors.
Directs an aggressive spaneting effort to row the service business.
Ensures application of necessary labor and performance of personnel to meet goals.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records.
Monitors stations asset needs.
Conducts employee performance appraisals.
Provides necessary training to maintain a highly skilled work force.
Ensures facilities are maintained in a clean, orderly manner and present a proper image.
Performs special assignments as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications, skills, and abilities:
Airframe and Powerplant License.
Must have extensive technical knowledge of commercial aircraft.
Five years of previous line maintenance experience required.
Strong Team leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience building strong working relations with customers.
A positive working relationship with the airlines and fractionals.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical, as well as an FBI criminal background check.
