As a Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you’ll lead the recruiting function for our Component Repair Services division, supporting aggressive growth goals and strengthening our employment brand. This position is based at our Broomfield, CO facility and includes HR Generalist responsibilities for the site’s approximately 50 employees. You will lead a team of four experienced recruiters and personally manage recruitment for division level leadership roles.
What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Team Leader (70):
- Lead and coach a team of recruiters and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR leaders by providing insights on talent trends, pipeline strategies, and best practices
- Drive process improvements and oversee recruiting metrics to ensure a high-performing, inclusive, and efficient hiring process
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to deliver compelling recruitment campaigns, enhance our careers site, and elevate our social media presence
- Personally manage recruiting for senior-level and critical sector roles as a working team lead
- Design and implement sourcing strategies including direct advertising, job boards, career fairs, community outreach, and social media
- Deliver full-cycle recruitment and selection support to meet aggressive hiring targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the talent market
- Provide clear, concise reporting and insights to HR and business leadership
How you will support as in the HR Generalist capacity (30):
- Address employee concerns, perform internal investigations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Administration of new job requisitions, supporting the talent selection process, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate required payroll and benefit enrollment activities in collaboration with the compensation and benefits team.
- Ensuring the organization is in compliance with company policy and adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Partnering with the local leadership and sector level learning & development team to ensure effective deployment and delivery of training programs, performance evaluations, and developmental plans for new and existing employees.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of talent acquisition experience in a competitive talent acquisition environment
- 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
What skills you need to be successful:
- Experience working in manufacturing or repair operations, ideally aerospace industry
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing recruiting strategies in challenging/complex environments
- Tech savvy with experience leveraging a variety of recruiting tools (ATS, Job Boards, Social media, etc.)
- Proven experience mentoring/coaching a team of experienced recruiters
- Managing employee relations matters, performing related investigations and providing business partner support to site leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Proven experience building relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast paced environment

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
