The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Total Rewards Partner (Experienced or Senior) to join our Total Rewards organization and provide real-time consultation to Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders organization for all areas within Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits). This role can be located in Seattle, WA; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; El Segundo, CA; Mesa, AZ; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; Huntsville, AL; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Chicago, IL or Arlington, VA.
In this role, you will partner with the Compensation and Benefits strategy and process teams to develop Total Rewards strategies and solutions and lead their deployment. This is a critical role in which you will develop holistic compensation and benefit solutions and proactively bring insights and anticipate future trends to ensure Total Rewards programs and plans are outcome driven, spanet competitive, cost-effective and enable talent and business objectives at all levels. This position will collaborate with the various Total Rewards and HR teams in preparation for deployment of Annual Compensation Review, Job Classifications, Job Structures, Pay Practices and Incentive processes that align with the Global Compensation philosophy.
The key areas this position will support are as follows: pay strategies, pay analyses, offer reviews, executive job evaluations, salaried job classification updates, and deployment of enterprise processes to the client groups.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provides business input to Compensation and Benefits strategy and process teams regarding strategies, program design, process, and communications to optimize the impact of the company’s investment in Total Rewards
- Partners to help develop, maintain, and administer compensation programs, systems and processes (job descriptions, pay structures, incentive plans, etc.)
- Conducts analyses to evaluate pay compression and competitiveness to spanet
- Develops pay positioning guidelines by evaluating jobs to establish externally competitive and internally equitable compensation rates
- Supports execution of Total Rewards programs and processes
- Provides internal consulting services on pay, job design and classification in individual, business and regulatory matters
- Leads ad hoc projects
- Communicates with, educates and trains business partners on Total Rewards and compensation matters
- Provides internal consulting services as a subject matter expert on the Annual Compensation Review, salary offers and job changes
- Advocates, communicates, educates, and trains HR and the business on compensation strategy and processes
- Identifies requirements, obtains data, performs analysis and creates presentations and business cases that identify issues and solutions
- Reviews and approves salary management and other pay recommendations to ensure compliance with compensation policies, spanet competitiveness and regulatory requirements
- Influences development of Global Compensation and Benefits strategic policy and program design
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
- 1+ years of experience in data analysis with large data sets, reporting and storytelling with data
- 1+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
- 1+ years of experience in a Compensation and/or Total Rewards role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certified Compensation Profession (CCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP or similar
- Experience with Compensation and Benefits strategy combined with a hands-on attitude and consultative approach
- Experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs
- Experience with change management for large HR process changes
- Experience in a role that required project management skills
- Finance experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range Experienced (Level 3): $85,000 - $133,750
Summary Pay Range Senior (Level 4): $104,550 - $165,000
