As Vice President Human Resources, you will lead the HR Department with direct impact on the company’s strategy and play a central role in shaping the future of the organization. You will join the top management team, working alongside senior leaders to strengthen performance, engagement, and organizational excellence.
We will entrust you to
Develop and execute the HR strategy to align with the company’s long-term business goals
Drive employee engagement, performance, and a strong organizational culture
Ensure efficient, high-quality management of end-to-end HR processes in line with best practices and compliance standards, delivering against agreed KPIs
Lead large-scale organizational change management projects
Lead a team of 30+ HR professionals across the following functions: HR business partnering, talent acquisition and development, HR operations (Core HR), payroll, HR analytics and HRIS management, compensation & benefits, occupational health and safety
Manage compensation and benefits frameworks as well as the overall personnel budget of the company
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making at the executive level
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including payroll and occupational health and safety service providers, trade unions, state institutions, industry organizations, and others
What you will need to succeedMinimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role within a large and/or international organization (500+ employees)
Proven leadership track record and experience working at the executive management level
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, compelling manner to diverse audiences
Strong experience in stakeholder management and building partnerships
Excellent knowledge of labour law and experience in working with trade unions
Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and leading large-scale projects
Fluency in Latvian and English
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
