Join a dynamic assembly team where you will work with gages, calipers, and soldering irons to build PCB boards. Your role involves assembling circuit boards, cameras, flexes, and other sensitive electrical systems. You will also work with software to upload onto smartphones, serving as the controller for viewing purposes. Precision and cleanliness are crucial, as there cannot be any dust or particles in PCBs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, complex mechanical components with precision.
• Build hardware products within electronics manufacturing.
• Follow assembly documentation and verbal/written instructions accurately.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain clean and orderly workstations and production areas.
• Communicate ideas and problems effectively to technicians and engineers.

• Proficiency in assembling small, complex mechanical components.
• Experience with soldering or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to execute verbal and written instructions with consistency and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills for conveying ideas and problems.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, particularly with PCBs.

• Prior manufacturing experience with circuit boards, cameras, flexes, or other sensitive systems.
• Experience with assembly production, repair, test, and troubleshooting.
• NPI (New Product Introduction) production experience.
• Capability in operating precision measuring equipment.
• Trainable, coachable, and reliable personality.
• Interest and passion in world-class drone manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
