Join our team as a Deburring Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our products. You will be responsible for removing sharp and rough edges from components before they are shipped to clients. This position primarily involves working at a vented station, handling components ranging from small container-sized pieces to those as large as a table. You will work closely with the lead to manage daily workloads, following detailed schematics and SOPs.
Responsibilities
- Break off sharp and rough edges from components before shipment.
- Work from detailed schematics and SOPs.
- Utilize precision tooling such as micrometers and calipers.
- Collaborate with the team lead to manage daily workload.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards before finalizing.
Essential Skills- Experience in deburring or machine shop environment.
- Proficient in using precision tooling such as micrometers and calipers.
- Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, or SOPs.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Fanuc machine/controls is preferred.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented nature.
- Experience in repeatable production environments.

Work Environment
The position is based in a climate-controlled machining facility with approximately 68-69 employees. Join a team of deburring technicians aiming to expand from five to eight members. Work shifts include Monday to Friday: 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Opportunities for overtime are available after training, with a maximum of 10 hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
