What are your contributions to the team?
- Based on engineering documentation, define, develop, and coordinate modifications to the manufacturing sequence plan and precedence diagrams.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
- Incorporate standard times into work instructions to ensure proper product costing.
- Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity in accordance with design requirements.
- Design methodologies to ensure design requirements in product planning (as designed, as planned).
- Participate in, validate, and provide feedback on production requirements based on site impact analysis.
- Ensure the functionality of tooling and visual aids used during implementation on the production line.
- Promote improvements on the production line.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge and experience
- You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in an aerospace or automotive manufacturing environment.
- You have a bachelors degree in Aeronautics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Management.
- You have experience working with structural manufacturing processes.
- You have an intermediate level of English (spoken and written), capable of holding a conversation.
- You have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (Charts, PivotTables, VBA, and Macros), and PowerPoint.
- You have knowledge of Catia V5, SAP, 3DVIA, and DITMCO.
- You have skills related to teamwork, continuous improvement, a results-orientation, a service-oriented attitude, and problem-solving skills.
- You are available to rotate shifts.
