Position Summary:
Perform as a key member of the financial team. Interprets Corporate and accounting policies and ensures compliance with procedures and practices. Performs specialized work requiring a thorough knowledge of accounting theory and practices in addition to corporate policy.
Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare, process, and maintain daily A/R customer invoicing for the division.
• Maintain and coordinate A/R GL accounts, analyze and reconcile monthly activities, and perform necessary General Ledger reconciliations and journal entries for month-end close.
• Audit and analyze accounting reports/systems, recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure A/R accounts are accurate and assist in the collections process as needed.
• Prepare, process, and maintain daily A/R cash postings for the division.
• Provide interpretation and application of accounting information and policies.
• Interface with division and plant personnel to leverage and share accounting tools and knowledge.
• Handle intercompany accounting and account reconciliations.
• Assist and back up all aspects of the Accounts Receivable and Account payable process as needed.
• Prepare sales orders according to POs for external customers daily.
• Manage price quotes and price increases.
• Address questions from the Incotec website.
• Prepare matching sheets.
• Reconcile invoicing between QB and Job Boss and send invoices to customers.
• Request and reconcile pre-payments for Pay in Advance customers.
• Provide SOX testers with requested documents during SOX testing.
• Assist customers via email and phone with questions and concerns.
• Supply customers with W-9s upon request.
• Assist in month-end activities and ARC reconciliations.
• Process, verify, and record invoices to ensure they match purchase orders and receipts, avoiding duplicate or unauthorized payments. (Account payable duties)
Qualifications
• BS or BA in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Accounting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $24 to $27.25 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. Employees will receive 0 hours paid time off every year.
