Roles and Responsibilities
Work in Maintenance Control Centre manned round-the-clock to effectively monitor Technical status of IndiGo fleet and minimize the impact of any disruptions. Assist MCC Managers and Engineers to effectively monitor and manage unscheduled maintenance on aircraft. Responsible to carry out and report following shift activities in Maintenance Control Centre:-
- Follow duty pattern as advised to you including shift duties.
- To coordinate with OCC & other Engineering functions for Aircraft routing requirements to minimize delays in our network to increase OTP.
- Monitoring and consolidating AUTOLAND/EDTO status of all aircraft and preparation of related reports.
- Recording of all the occurrences reported by Flight Crew and Maintenance engineers at all stations in Daily Activity Logs.
- Monitor scheduled and unscheduled routings of aircraft and inform all concerned about delays, diversions, aircraft requiring unscheduled inspections and other significant events
- Generation of consolidated MEL reports and mailing the same to all concerned for information or action.
- Preparing revised aircraft routing and work package in case of contingencies.
- Reception of information on delays, diversions and incidents from stations and preparation of related reports.
- AOG support -To Handle Logistics for AOG situations and arrangement of tickets/cab/flights during manpower requirement at outstation due AOG.
- Coordinating with planning for dispatch of spares and materials required to carry out MCC workorders at out stations.
- Quick dissemination of required technical information to all concerned and arrange for any follow up action.
- Ensure proper upkeep of Technical Manuals and records for MCC use.
- Other duties assigned by Director MCC and Associate Director MCC.
