Client Advocate II

Job Description:

DPP is seeking a Client Advocate II for an opportunity in Columbia, SC.

Work location: Partially onsite 3 days/week and other days as needed
Duration: 11 months; W2 position
Hours: 8:30am-5pm. Some overtime, weekends and off hours may be required.

Position description:

Primary responsible for supporting internal and external customer business needs
Acting as liaison between clients and the I/S organization, providing business direction to systems and programming areas on work efforts
Monitoring all I/S costs charged to clients to ensure accuracy and cost effectiveness and facilitating communications with the clients regarding costs
Supporting clients through production issues that may be encountered
Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic or evolving environments and demonstrate a positive approach to constructive feedback from colleagues and leadership.

Required technologies:

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Health insurance knowledge a plus

Required work experience:

5 years of IT related experience, including experience in client relationships, I/S marketing, and process/product improvement
Customer/relationship management experience is desired

Team environment:

The team consists of three Client Advocates who work collaboratively to support Information Systems functions, including Application Development, Project Management, Quality Management, and Estimating.
Their role is to ensure internal customer requirements are accurately understood, properly documented, and delivered on time and within budget.
The team works with customers to gather and document business needs and convert them into HighLevel Estimates and project requests.

Required education/equivalencies:

Bachelor’s degree;
OR, Associates degree plus 2 years of work-related experience;
OR, 4 years job-related work experience (total 9 years without a degree)
