Job Description:
Develop a thorough and deep knowledge of the assigned customer accounts by establishing regular contacts, developing confident relationships throughout the customer organization, knowing in depth the customer procurement process and identifying the key factors in the customer’s decision making process.
Apply segment (industry sector, geographical...) strategies to the account plan.
Provide insights to marketing plans.
Foster customer loyalty, accountable to represent internally the Voice of the Customer Lead and manage the campaign team including capture plan (eg campaign strategy), commercial offer preparation, negotiate and develop offer ensuring best financial result.
Lead account planning and reviews with all relevant stakeholders, including forecasting.
Lead and communicate the account strategy.
Lead, in coordination with relevant stakeholders (eg lobbying plan), public relations and communication operations linked to specific sales campaigns.
Supervise fulfillment of contractual commitments from and towards Airbus, including payments, when appropriate.
Perfil técnico
Título universitario en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Marketing o afines.
Inglés B1 o B2
Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas técnicas
Uso experto de sistemas computacionales (nivel usuario)
Oportunidad para recién egresados de ingeniería con experiencia en ventas
Competencias necesarias
Disponibilidad de horario y para viajar
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Excelente presentación
Facilidad para establecer relaciones profesionales a nivel personal
Experiencia previa en ventas o atención a clientes en el ámbito internacional es deseable.
Capacidad de análisis, orientado a brindar soluciones
Orientado al trabajo con base al alcance de metas
Auto-motivable, autodidacta, autodirigido
Facilidad de trabajo en equipo
Responsabilidades del Puesto
Identificación, análisis y desarrollo de clientes internacionales. Su principal objetivo es generar oportunidades de negocio a través de la investigación de mercados, contacto con clientes existentes y potenciales, el seguimiento de ventas, con un enfoque en el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales de la empresa.
Investigación de mercados internacionales
Desarrollo de relaciones comerciales perdurables con clientes existentes y/o nuevos
Coordinación de visitas comerciales
Seguimiento de ventas
Representar a la empresa a nivel comercial ante los clientes
Apoyo en la presentación de propuestas
