Responsibilities:
Monitor existing supplier contracts for compliance and completion of contracted work.
Develop and manage contract specifications and documentation for goods and services.
Coordinate with vendors and internal buyers; validate services rendered and support invoice processing.
Schedule and acquire materials, labor, and equipment for facilities-related activities and maintenance.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure adherence to timelines.
Document and improve processes related to facilities operations (e.g., safety, legal, equipment usage).
Participate in cross-functional meetings with departments such as Security, IT, SHEA, and Legal.
Track requests for building, equipment, or system services and ensure timely follow-through.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for facilities systems and tools.
Collect data from systems, perform basic analysis, and support process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent (e.g., Master’s +1 year, or 7 years of relevant experience).
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3+ years of experience in customer service roles.
1+ year of experience in Real Estate, Facilities Operations, or Facilities Management.
Must be able to validate completion of vendor work and support invoice processing.
On-site work may be required depending on facilities support needs.
