Job Description:

• Provide strategic guidance to the business on a wide range of HR matters.

• Drive the execution of HR business plans and assist in the interpretation of HR metrics and reports for management.

• Cascade and apply HR policies, Ethics and Compliance (E&C) standards, and national labor regulations to the management team.

• Ensure coherence and harmonization in the implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies, working closely with management to align with business objectives.

• Support and encourage the professional development of all employees.

• Ensure appropriate consequential management is applied when necessary.

SKILLS:

• Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and national labor regulations.

• Experience in advising management on complex people-related issues.

• Ability to drive HR plans and interpret data to support business decisions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

• Experience in compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment.
