Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission
L1 Ticket Management: Efficiently resolve a target volume of HR Direct support tickets daily (e.g., X tickets per day), covering common HR topics.
SLA Adherence: Ensure all service interactions comply with established Service Level Agreements for response and resolution.
Request Analysis: Perform initial analysis of incoming requests to understand employee needs and determine appropriate resolution paths or escalation points.
Knowledge Base Utilization: Effectively use the existing HR knowledge base and documented procedures to find accurate solutions.
Employee Communication: Communicate clearly, concisely, and empathetically with employees via various channels.
Learning & Development: Actively engage in training and feedback, demonstrating a strong willingness to learn HR policies, systems, and best practices to grow in the role.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Prior experience in a customer service or support role; experience in a Shared Service Centre or Contact Centre is a plus.
Analytical Aptitude: Basic analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential. French and/or German as a plus
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and empathetic interaction
Motivation & Flexibility: Highly motivated, proactive, and flexible to adapt to new challenges and evolving HR processes.
Learning Orientation: A strong desire to learn new systems (e.g., HRIS like ServiceNow or Workday) and HR specific knowledge quickly.
Results-driven: Thrives on achieving measurable outcomes.
