We are seeking Baggage System Attendants for the purpose of clearing baggage jams and faults as well as monitoring BHS and airline baggage operations. Duties may include entering the baggage system to free baggage jams and to maintain the cleanliness of the immediate work area and bag room as required. Attendants are responsible for the operation of the belt system. Must ensure proper spacing of bags and monitor the buildup of bags on the carousels. Must ensure that the bags are aligned as required and/or immediately clear any resulting jams. Attendants are responsible for the manual movement of baggage in the event of a system outage. Attendants will be responsible for providing customer service while directing, handling passenger baggage, and ensuring that customer baggage is directed to the appropriate locations from stations in the Airport bag room.
