Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team and manage the occupational health of our employees. If you are passionate about health promotion and risk prevention, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Health Surveillance: Conduct medical examinations and routine health screenings, ensuring compliance with established health surveillance protocols.
Health Program Management: Actively participate in the design and implementation of programs for health promotion, wellness, and healthy habits (such as vaccination campaigns, chronic disease prevention, etc.).
Risk Assessment and Prevention: Collaborate with the occupational risk prevention service to identify and assess workplace risks. Ensure employees are informed about job-specific risks and the necessary preventive measures.
Care for Vulnerable Groups: Identify and assess employees with special needs or at-risk groups, and refer them to the appropriate specialists (Occupational Medicine, etc.) when necessary.
First Aid and Emergencies: Be part of the emergency response team. Organize and provide first aid in case of accidents or incidents in the workplace.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Education: University degree in Nursing.
Specialization: Must hold the EIR (Specialist in Occupational Health Nursing) title.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Capacity to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations.
In-depth knowledge of occupational risk prevention regulations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
