Position Summary - To perform Reservations & Ticketing functionalities for MAG on Malaysia Airlines, Firefly and MASwings.
- Provide appropriate solutions and product offerings to all walk-in customers with the highest degree of courtesy in a manner to ensure sales targets and procedures are always adhered.
Key Accountability- Customer facing and responsible of handling all Malaysia Airlines and Firefly Ticket Office customers as per set standard.
- To work according to the rostered shift hour / day, including weekends & public holiday or any other time subject to operational requirement at the SUBANG Firefly Ticketing office
- Ensure all daily sales collections and credit card sales are submitted.
- Ensure smooth handling of functions related to Ticket office and Airport Services.
- Handling of Parcel services/Cargo collection and servicing at ticket offices
- To deliver Genuine Malaysian Hospitality
- To carry out any other task as assigned by Immediate Superior or to attend any meetings and/or assignments as required under Ticket office.
Qualification & Working Experience- Diploma in Communication, Management, Administration or Any related field and/or High school certificate (SPM/STPM).
- Customer Service, Tourism and Transportation Related.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience
Areas of Experience- Experience of working with an Airline, Travel Agent or a customer service area will be an advantage.
Personality Traits- Good communication skills, both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia .
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Courteous and pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player
- Excellent manners with required tact and diplomacy to handle customers professionally.
- Work on shift and based in Alor Setar FY Ticket office.
