We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Order Process Technician to join our team in Bloomfield, CT. This role ensures that all customer orders meet customer, productivity, and quality requirements. Provides support to production and manufacturing engineers as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Create/revise shop orders, including all information to meet customer requirements. Create product structures. Develop/implement routings and plan for materials.
• Plan materials for production schedule. Purchase material. Coordinate outside processes.
• Maintain label database.
• Provide limited editing of production drawings using Computer Aided Design programs to meet production expectations of process improvements, productivity, and quality and customer requirements.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment. Follow safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Report safety incidents to supervisor.
• Make recommendations for improvements to work processes. Contribute to 5S program in work area.
• Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers. Contribute to positive teamwork environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned. Participate in training/learning other positions. Accomplish related results as needed.

Requirement/Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
