We will entrust you toOversee the development of training programs and MTO operations in accordance with the Part-147 requirements
Ensure that all approved courses and examinations are delivered to the standard, content and knowledge levels specified in EASA Part-147 and Part-66 syllabi
Launch and prepare the course according to the training program and/or customer request/contract, ensuring that theoretical and practical trainings are carried out and recorded in line with current rules and procedures
Consistently monitor training activities, ensuring quality and effectiveness by supervising instructors and actively engaging in sessions
Ensure availability of training aids and materials for approved training courses
Perform necessary standardization training for MTO training personnel
Ensure that MTOE and associated manuals are regularly reviewed and amended as required
What you will need to succeedEngineering science degree or equivalent (Part-66 license is an advantage)
Comprehensive knowledge of the EASA Part-66 syllabus, examination standards, and training methods
Knowledge about the auditing requirements according to Part-147/Part-66 and national legislation, Part-145 is regarded as advantage
At least 5 years of professional experience as a technical instructor or teacher
Experience in training design, delivery, and assessment methodologies
Strong communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Detailed knowledge of MTOE requirements and procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and English
