Für Airbus Defence and Space in Manching suchen wir für den Bereich Weapon System Rigs, Benches & Simulation in der Abteilung TADVW6 einen Praktikanten (d/w/m) für die mechanische Konstruktion.

Die Hauptabteilung &39;Weapon System Rigs&39; im Kompetenzzentrum &39;A/C Rigs, Benches & Simulation&39; bei Airbus Defence and Space in Manching ist verantwortlich für alle Test-Einrichtungen für Avionik, Flugsicherung und Hydraulik zur Qualifizierung und Zertifizierung der jeweiligen Systeme. Wir liefern vom Konzeptdesign über die Detailplanung, Entwicklung und Qualifizierung von Prüfeinrichtungen bis hin zum In-Service und Betrieb. Darüber hinaus entwickeln wir spezielle Aircraft Ground Equipments (AGEs) und Rig Support Equipments. Unsere Hauptkundenprogramme sind Eurofighter, Tornado, unbemannte Flugzeuge (EuroMALE, Zephyr HAPS, City Airbus).

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

• Kennenlernen des Konstruktionsprozesses im TADVW
• Kennenlernen des Dokumentationsprozesses im TADVW einschließlich Config-Management
• Kennenlernen des Tools &34;TRAC&34;
• Einarbeitung in CATIA V5
• Erstellen von Baugruppen, Bauteilen und Zeichnungssätzen
• Unterstützung des Teams in der mechanischen Konstruktion
• Übernahme eigener Projekte in der mechanischen Konstruktion

Sie haben folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen:

• Eingeschriebener Student im Studiengang Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Luft- & Raumfahrttechnik oder gleichwertig
• Grundsätzliche Erfahrung in Bereich der mechanischen Konstruktion
• Erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Konstruktionssoftware CATIA V5 in Verbindung mit VPM
• Breitbandiges Allgemeinwissen im Bereich der Avionik und Schaltschrankbau bzw. Automatisierungstechnik wünschenswert
• Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
