Ensure Product Excellence. Support Continuous Improvement. Drive Quality Forward.We are seeking an Experienced Quality Inspection Technician to support quality assurance activities and ensure products meet the highest standards of compliance, reliability, and performance. In this role, you will partner closely with Quality Engineering and Production teams to maintain robust quality systems while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives. You will report directly to the Quality Supervisor.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections, tests, and visual evaluations to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Assist in root cause investigations and support the development and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the creation, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures and processes.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all quality activities.
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with requirements.
Complete assigned tasks with high accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
Required QualificationsDegree in Quality Technology preferred.
1-3 years of experience in quality inspection.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and analyze data.
Preferred QualificationsExperience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
Proficiency with Excel, measurement tools, and data collection systems.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with a detail oriented mindset.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
