Rotary and Mission Systems Training and Logistics Solutions (TLS) business is Lockheed Martin’s center of excellence for training and logistics products and services, serving the U.S. military and more than 65 international customers around the world. Based in Orlando, TLS develops programs that teach service men and women skills to accomplish their most challenging missions — flying the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft, navigating ships and driving armored vehicles. TLS is the corporation’s hub for simulation, X reality, live-virtual-constructive capabilities, advanced training devices and full-service training programs. TLS also provides sustainment services such as supply chain and logistics IT solutions, spares and repairs, as well as automated test and support equipment.

THE WORK
The RMS Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) HR organization is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to multiple executives and client groups across the S&BD organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Consulting with business leaders on strategic initiatives, working with employees and cross-functional groups to solve complex organizational challenges, and being an integral part of the clients leadership team.
• Partnering with the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR solutions in the following areas: Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Salary Planning, Talent Management and Development, Workforce Planning and Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Predictive and Actionable HR Analytics.
• Anticipating client needs and proactively identifying areas for collaboration and integration inside and outside the HR organization.
• Being a champion of Lockheed Martins culture and values.
• Analyzing data and developing innovative recommendations to solve short-term and long-term business opportunities and challenges.
• Other projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional-level experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, with in-depth knowledge of human resource practices, policies, and procedures.
• Strong service orientation with experience influencing and helping clients make balanced and strategic decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience supporting executive leadership clients and a strong understanding of their unique needs and expectations.
• Experience in project management, decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex situations, develop effective solutions, and plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working across all levels of HR, including strategic, operational, and tactical, with a thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and systems.
• Experience handling sensitive and personal information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to travel frequently to Orlando, FL (if not your home location) for client support.
Desired Skills:
• HRBP experience across multiple COEs/functions and lines of business.
• Experience with the TLS line of business.
• Experience working in a complex, matrix organization.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as spanet and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
