Qatar Airways is looking for experienced staff to join our talent acquisition team as Coordinator on a six months contract in Ahmedabad, India.
The position will be responsible for performing logistics, coordination, communication, administrative & information management support to global talent acquisition team.
Key responsibilities
• Deliver coordination & administrative support to global talent acquisition team,
• Responsible for initiating SMAs & offer printing for candidates,
• Following SOP’s of offer processing team& follow the SLA’s to meet the business requirements,
• Ensuring that all check points mentioned on the internal & external SMA checklist are followed & in timely manner prior to initiating an SMA,
• Identify & inform recruiter about any missing documents such as memo approvals, interview assessment form etc.
• Follow up with SMA approvers when needed,
• Maintain high level of confidentiality with regard to information contained in candidates’ SMA submission & offer letter,
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QR group offer processing function by making relevant suggestions.
