About the role:

The Technician is responsible of charge of draught maintenance of chiller units and draught beverage system accounts as scheduled. Also, responsible for handling all new and scheduled installations, trouble shooting, quality control and cleanliness of all draught accounts in line with the company standard while delivering a high standard of service, including to all hotels.

Work with Assistant Technician to ensure all beverage lines in hotel outlets are cleaned/serviced every three weeks in line with QDC draught SOP.

Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and accordingly communicate findings or issues and recommend solutions to the Draught Supervisor.

Maintain a timely record of work reports, timesheets, daily services/installation and empty keg collection and accordingly update the Draught Supervisor of day-to-day operations.

Respond and attend to emergency calls after office hours and during weekends. Ensure to take action within 2 hours of the inquiry. Confirm and document the call and outcome in order to facility HR working practices.

Review all new On-trade Accounts and advice the layout for equipment’s and keg storage in line with On Trade objectives.

Maintain appropriate inventory of draught system parts necessary for routine services and maintenance of retail accounts.

Ensure that all draught equipment and assets are labelled, returned and properly cleaned and maintained as per QR Standards.

Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

About you

The successful candidate will have the following:

Bachelor’s degree or equivelant

No prior job-related experience

Experience in the field of Draught beverage maintenance and installation involving maintenance for Draught beverage equipment or similar function

Plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical/refrigerating experience

Job Specific Skills:

Basic ability of verbal and spoken English

Sharing of knowledge, ability to adapt and to be trained.

Have valid Local driving license (to drive 3-ton Pick-up)

Have capability to lift equipment
