Your main tasks include, among others:

• Coordinate Weight & Balance with LHG Load Control
• Maintain trip files, reports, and statistical data
• Supervise ramp functions and handling agents
• Conduct operational safety/load security checks
• Oversee all aircraft handling phases, incl. fueling, boarding & cargo handling
• Ensure proper cargo/luggage securing and passenger/luggage/fuel tracking
• Collaborate with ramp staff, airport managers & gate teams
• Monitor handling performance, report delays & implement improvements
• Conduct briefings, enforce safety standards & optimize operations
• Support troubleshooting, procedural updates & cost-efficient handling

* Takeover of additional projects and/or duties required or assigned

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required; bachelors degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in aircraft handling or passenger/gate processes preferred
• Fluency in English required; German language skills desirable
• Knowledge of Lufthansa or other airline operations and airport procedures
• Completion of Aircraft Handling Training, including DCS systems
• Valid ALS Qualification and knowledge of Emergency Response (SERP) planning
• Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
• Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
• Assessment screening may be required
• Willingness to travel
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Able to work shifts, overtime, and handle high-pressure situations
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.
